3. Program Enrollment

Enrollment in any program is confirmed only after successful registration and payment completion. Soft Skills Mentor reserves the right to modify schedules, program structures, session timings or learning formats whenever necessary to improve learner experience or operational efficiency.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful, professional and appropriate conduct during all sessions, workshops and interactions. Any misuse, disruptive behavior, harassment, inappropriate communication or violation of platform guidelines may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. Refund Policy

At Soft Skills Mentor, our programs are designed to deliver high-value learning and practical transformation from the very first session. Since key concepts, coaching insights and premium learning resources are introduced early in the program, refund eligibility is limited once active participation begins.
a) Short-Duration Programs & Workshops:
For workshops or programs lasting 7 days or less, refund requests must be made before attending the first live session or accessing core learning materials/resources. Once participation begins, refunds will generally not be applicable due to the immediate delivery of substantial program value.
b) Longer Programs
For programs extending beyond 7 days, refund requests may be considered within 48 hours of enrollment and before significant participation, session attendance or access to premium materials/resources.
c) Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be applicable in cases involving:
• Attendance in live sessions
• Access to premium course materials or recordings
• Partial or substantial program participation
• Missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts
• Change of mind after enrollment
d) Alternative Resolution
Where appropriate, Soft Skills Mentor may offer:
• transfer to another batch/program,
• rescheduling support, or
• learning credits for future programs,instead of a direct monetary refund.
e) Review & Discretion
All refund-related decisions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to maintain fairness, learner commitment and program integrity.
Final discretion regarding refunds rests with Soft Skills Mentor.

6. Results Disclaimer

Soft Skills Mentor provides educational guidance, coaching and mentorship intended to support communication, confidence and professional development. However, individual outcomes may vary depending on participation, consistency, effort and practical application. Enrollment in any program does not guarantee specific academic, career or professional results.

7. Privacy

Personal information shared through forms, email, WhatsApp or website interactions is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is used only for communication, support and program-related purposes.

8. External Platforms & Tools

Certain programs or services may use third-party platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp or payment gateways. Soft Skills Mentor is not responsible for technical issues, outages or policy changes associated with third-party services.

9. Changes to Terms

Soft Skills Mentor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website and services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
